What are EtherEmojis?

EtherEmojis are a collection of programmatically, randomly generated NFTs on the Ethereum blockchain. The originals consist of 10,000 randomly assembled emojis and backgrounds. Each EtherEmoji is unique and different!

Why get an EtherEmoji?

It's your chance to own a piece of emoji culture. In addition, an investment in EtherEmojis is an investment in mental health. Emojis are the expression of emotions and we all know that expressing your emotions is crucial for mental well being. We're giving 5% of ETH raised to a mental health organization chosen by the community.

We’re also giving back 10% of all ETH raised to the community (through contests, raffles, and more) - because we genuinely want EtherEmojis to be a community driven and centric project.

When you get an EtherEmoji, you get a voice in the community and the power to guide the direction of the project. We need help from you and other EtherEmoji hodlers to make decisions on projects like merch, emoji morphs, Gen2, EmojiWorld and more!

Tokenomics?

We have reserved 150 EtherEmojis to giveaway in competitions and holder airdrops. Most of these will be given out after launch and will not occupy the early token ids. The 4 members of staff have each been given an EtherEmoji (not from the reserve pile). The remainder of the emojis are all for sale.

Are EtherEmojis a good investment?

That is ultimately a decision for you to make. We believe EtherEmojis have a long life ahead of them, and will be an ever growing and evolving project. However the success of EtherEmojis relies on so many factors and variables, no one knows! We think you will take EtherEmojis to the moon, but like anything in life, don’t spend ETH you can’t afford to lose.

What is EtherEmojis' royalty and how is it used?

There will be a royalty attached to any EtherEmoji sold on the secondary market. 10% of the resale value will be sent to EtherEmojis. This royalty will be dedicated to supporting our team and funding the project future developments outlined in the roadmap.

There will only be 10,000 Gen1 EtherEmojis.

How many EtherEmojis can I buy in one transaction?

We are limiting it to 10 EtherEmojis per transaction to allow many holders to own EtherEmojis.

Where does my NFT go after I purchase an EtherEmoji?

Your EtherEmojis will appear in whatever address, or connected wallet you used to purchase the EtherEmojis. You can see your EtherEmojis by viewing them on OpenSea. (Link to OpenSea)

Conversations have never been the same since emojis were created by Shigentaka Kurita back in 1999. They are now the universal communication tool regardless of language.  EtherEmojis is your opportunity to own a piece of the universal language.

Do I need an Ethereum wallet to buy EtherEmojis?

Yes, Metamask is an excellent option. Metamask is a crypto wallet that can store your Ethereum, and is needed to purchase and mint EtherEmojis.
